Saving Lives through Spay/Neuter Initiaves

We Care Rescue Ranch, Inc is an animal rescue foundation located in Southern California and founded by Elizabeth Lyn Vargas. Our mission is to prevent pet overpopulation and homelessness by providing free and low cost spay and neutering services.

WCRR’s goal is to work with the community, local animal shelters, rescue groups, veterinary professionals and volunteers to provide free and low cost spay and neutering services, educational programs and other services required to lessen the number of unnecessary euthanasias. Our hope is to educate people on how serious this issue is and how easy it is to make a difference.

Why Spay and Neuter?

We Care Rescue Ranch SnypOC’s targeted Spay/Neuter programs help to solve the the root causes of pet overpopulation and homelessness. This proactive approach helps to control the birthrate of unwanted dogs and cats on our streets and shelters, the single most important component in accomplishing our mission.

By educating our community on the importance of spaying and neutering pets and providing free and low-cost spay/neuter services we dramatically reduce the number of unwanted animals born and ultimately killed in our shelters today.

Without spaying or neutering dogs and cats, it’s easy to see how so many end up in shelters—or worse.

By helping us find a temporary home outside of a shelter, we are able to save another pet’s life and make space for other animals in need.
Opening your home and heart to a shelter or rescue animal will change your and their lives forever. You are giving these animals a well deserved second chance.
